Homes up to $500,000 - $7,500 flat listing fee
Compared to a typical 3% listing fee of $15,000 on a $500,000 sale.
Homes above $500,000 - an additional $1,250 applies for each $100,00 pricing tier above $500,000 due to increased brokerage, insurance, marketing, and transaction related costs.
A $250 Fathom Realty brokerage transaction fee applies at closing.
Buyer agent compensation is not included in the $7,500 listing fee.
Any buyer agent compensation will be discussed with you and negotiated as part of the offer terms.
If I bring the buyer directly or assist an unrepresented buyer, an additional 1.5% will apply in addition to the listing fee.
